Last Update: April 29, 2013
We are currently testing a new system to notify subscribers of job postings that are available throughout the County departments.
When an employment vacancy arises, an advertisement is placed in the appropriate local newspapers. If the vacancy is for a unionized position, it will be posted internally first, and if there is no suitable candidate, the position will then be advertised in the newspapers. Resumes are kept on file for 6 months. Applications submitted electronically must be in Microsoft Word format.
