The Walkerton and Wiarton Planning Offices are available to provide professional planning advice and assistance on all types of planning applications. The Planning Office encourages pre-consultation when submitting planning applications. Please contact us prior to the submission of any of the following applications to ensure the application is complete and all required information, fees and studies have been submitted. In most types of planning applications, public hearings are held to provide neighbouring owners and tenants with an opportunity to comment on the application.
