Purpose: The application proposes to redefine the boundary between the R2 Resort Residential Zone and the EH Environmental Hazard zone on the subject lands. The proposed boundary will place the area of the lands which, due to the historical placement of fill, is located above the required floodplain elevation of 188.9 metres ASL, within the R2 zone. The rezoning will provide for a building envelope on each of the three parts of Plan 3R-1680 and facilitate their verification as lots of record.
