Bruce County Council Lifts State of Emergency Order

As of Monday, November 1, 2021, Bruce County Warden Janice Jackson has officially lifted the Pandemic State of Emergency Order for Bruce County. This Order was originally declared in March 2020.

“Bruce County Council and Staff have taken proactive measures to fight COVID-19 and are continuing to work hard to protect the best interests of the region while successfully delivering County Services,” said Bruce County Warden Janice Jackson, “We are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of the citizens in our region. We encourage everyone to continue to follow recommended health measures like avoiding crowds, washing hands, maintaining physical distancing, wearing a mask, and getting vaccinated.”
