We are now accepting new applications for our Home ownership program!


COVID-19 Announcement:

Our offices are now open to the public and applicants and program participants are welcome to attend any of our locations in person. COVID-19 protocols will be in place. Programs and services remain available through virtual formats as well including by telephone. Please drop by any of our locations or call your nearest Human Services office at the numbers below for more information or to schedule an appointment.

The Home Ownership Program provides 5% down payment assistance to new home owners. The 5% down payment amount is in the form of a forgivable loan if the home is owned for 20 years. This program is available to residents who have an annual income of $82,000 or less and are purchasing a home valued at $340,000.00 or less.
