Homeownership Program
We are now accepting new applications for our Home ownership program!
The Home Ownership Program provides 5% down payment assistance to new home owners. The 5% down payment amount is in the form of a forgivable loan if the home is owned for 20 years. This program is available to residents who have an annual income of $116,000 or less and are purchasing a home valued at $399,000 or less.
