Actions on Housing

Bruce County is taking steps to address housing supply and affordability challenges across the region. Between 2024 and 2026, the County will lead 25 targeted actions across six key areas of practice to support the development of more housing options and improve affordability for residents.

One notable action under the Research and Monitoring area is Bruce County’s commitment to monitor and share best practices. This ensures that local strategies remain informed by emerging trends, data, and successful approaches from other jurisdictions.
