Formal Complaints

The County of Bruce has procedures for receiving and handling complaints.  We recommend that you first speak directly with the service area where you have an issue – by phone, email or in person.  Most complaints can be solved promptly by the department in charge of the service.

Not satisfied with the response that you receive?  You can file a Formal Complaint using the Complaint Form attached below.  Formal Complaints can be submitted by email: info@brucecounty.on.ca or in person at any of our Administration Hubs (Walkerton, Port Elgin or Wiarton).
