- Council received an update from Human Services on Community Safety and Well-being Planning. Report
- Council received a report from Paramedic Services on the 2023 Ambulance Service Review Final Report. Report
- Council received an update from the Office of the CAO with the 2024 Q1 Business Plan Updates. Report
- Council received an update from Government Relations on Bruce County's Strategic Vision and Council Chamber Sign. Report
- Council received an update from Planning & Development on the Electricity Procurement and Land Use Planning Policy. Report
- Council received a report from Corporate Services on Energy Conservation Demand Management 5-yr. Plan. Report

- Council received an update from the Office of the CAO on the Indigenous Reconciliation Framework and Saugeen Anishnaabek Reconciliation Pathway and Action Plan. Report
- Council authorized the Clerk and Warden to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the County of Grey and the Municipality of South Bruce Peninsula for the Sauble Beach extension of Grey Transit Route #5 between May to September 2024. Council authorized the Clerk and Warden to enter into a Memordandum of Understanding with the County of Grey and the Municipality of South Bruce Peninsula for the operation of Grey Transit Route #5 between Owen Sound and Wiarton until the end of 2024. - Council approved that Bruce County calls upon the Ontario Ministry of Health to implement an immediate pause on all planned and future service level reductions and closures at hospitals within the Bruce, Grey, Huron region. Council approved that this pause remain in effect until detailed studies can be undertaken to understand how we can safeguard our healthcare system and broader social safety net, to ensure the success of our region while supporting nationally significant projects. Council directs this resolution be circulated to all municipalities in Bruce, Grey and Huron, local MPs and MPPs, and to the Prime Minister, Premier of Ontario, and the Deputy Premier and Minister of Health.
- Council endorsed the Saugeen Shores Resolution on Funding for Cemetery Preservation, Repair and Maintenance. Communications
- Council received communications on the Provincial Ministry letter regarding Agricultural Impact Assessments for Independent Electricity Systems. Communications
Bruce County Housing Corporation
- Committee approved to proceed with the exploration of land acquisition opportunities for the development of a multi-residential community housing build, and that the acquisition of land for the project be within the inland region of Bruce County. Report
