Bruce County Announces New Director of Corporate Services
Bruce County is pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Dinsmore as the new Director of Corporate Services, effective June 3, 2024.
As a member of the County’s Senior Leadership Team, Sam will deliver sustainable and transparent Financial Services, and oversee Purchasing, Risk Management, and Insurance.
Sam Dinsmore is a dynamic and experienced finance leader, successfully demonstrating management of municipal budgeting, accounting, and analysis for over ten years. Sam has recently been serving as the Acting Director of Finance with the Town of the Blue Mountains, where he led important initiatives including the development of the Asset Management Plan, procurement of an ERP system, and Development Charges implementation. Sam’s years of experience and practical knowledge in these areas will be extremely beneficial to the County.
