Light Up the Holidays at the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre
The Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre invites families and friends to celebrate the season at its annual Light Up the Holidays event happening Friday, December 13, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
This year’s event will feature performances by Erin Milley-Patey and her studio singers, adding a musical touch to the evening’s festivities. Families will have the opportunity to take a photo with Santa himself, and make some traditional Victorian crafts, and watch live heritage demonstrations.
The evening will also feature face painting, a scavenger hunt, and Holiday Storytime presented by the Bruce County Public Library, which will have its Bookmobile on-site for those looking to borrow some books to read over the holidays.
Guests will enjoy complimentary refreshments, including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, snacks, and get hands-on with some festive cookie decorating.
This event is proudly presented by Georgian College & Meridian; media partner 101.7 the One.
Seating for musical performances is limited – guests are encouraged to preregister to save their seats. No registration required for general on-floor programming. Walk-ins welcome! Members FREE; General admission applies.
