Bruce County holding 2024-2025 Inaugural Council Meeting on December 5, 2024

On Thursday, December 5, 2024, Bruce County will hold the inaugural Council Meeting of the 2024-2025 Bruce County Council term in the Council Chambers at the Walkerton Administration Centre. The Meeting will begin at 9:30 AM and will be livestreamed online on the Bruce County website.

On Thursday, December 5, 2024, Bruce County will hold the inaugural Council Meeting of the 2024-2025 Bruce County Council term in the Council Chambers at the Walkerton Administration Centre. The Meeting will begin at 9:30 AM and will be livestreamed online on the Bruce County website.  

Bruce County’s Councillors, the locally-elected Mayors of the eight lower-tier municipalities in the County, will elect a Warden and Deputy Warden for the 2024-2025 term in this inaugural meeting.

Bruce County Council for the 2024-2025 Term:

  • Chris Peabody – Municipality of Brockton
  • Don Murray – Township of Huron-Kinloss
  • Jay Kirkland – Town of South Bruce Peninsula
  • Kenneth Craig – Municipality of Kincardine
  • Luke Charbonneau – Town of Saugeen Shores
  • Mark Goetz – Municipality of South Bruce
  • Milt McIver – Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula 
  • Steve Hamell – Municipality of Arran-Elderslie
