  • Council received a delegation on Highly Vulnerable Bedrock Aquifers and Private Water Wells from Chris Cossitt, President of Bruce Federation of Agriculture; Hugh Simpson, University of Guelph; John Rodger, Director of Bruce County Federation of Agriculture and Director of Source Water Protection Committee.   • Council received a delegation on National Disability Employment Awareness Month from Monica Singh Soares, Life Directions. Presentation
  • Council received the Museum Information Report. Report
  • Council approved the funds required to complete the Highway for Peace signage project on County Road 19, at the cost of $3,500 plus HST and any minor adjustments that have not yet been identified. Council approved that this be financed from the Tax Stabilization Reserve (TSR). Council approved that the project be completed prior to Remembrance Day, November 11, 2024. Report
  • Council approved that a by-law be passed to authorize the Purchase and Sale Agreement with 392720 Ontario Limited for the purchase of 369 Lambton Street, Kincardine (Kincardine Paramedic Station). Council approved that the purchase in the amount of $738,000 plus applicable taxes be funded 50% from the Paramedic Services Capital Reserve and the remaining 50% be funded as internal financing to be re-paid over 10 years.   • Council approved that a by-law be introduced to authorize a loan with the 2026 International Plowing Match & Rural Expo Committee Incorporated in the amount of up to $100,000. Report
