Notice: County Administration Buildings Closed due to weather (February 18, 2025)

Please take notice that the Bruce County Administration Centre in Walkerton, the Lakeshore Hub in Port Elgin, the Peninsula Hub in Wiarton, the Penetangore Hub in Kincardine, and the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre in Southampton, as well as all Bruce County Public Library Branches, and all EarlyON Child and Family Centres will be closed on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 due to inclement weather and road conditions. Virtual customer service is available.

Essential services like Bruce County Transportation Services, Paramedic Services, Long Term Care Homes, and Housing Facilities will continue to operate as per standard procedure. 

Those seeking Human Services programs, including financial and stability supports, housing and homelessness supports, and early learning programs and supports can reach an Integrated Services Assistant at 1-800-265-3022. Calling 211 will also provide assistance with accessing community services and support.
