NOTICE: Confirmed COVID-19 outbreak at Gateway Haven

UPDATE: This outbreak on Unit 3 West has been declared over by Grey Bruce Public Health on Monday, February 3, 2025.


On Sunday, January 12, 2025, Grey Bruce Public Health has confirmed a COVID-19 outbreak at the Gateway Haven Long Term Care Home in Wiarton, Ontario. Grey Bruce Public Health identifies Unit 3 West and Unit 3 East to be in Outbreak status. All precautions and safety measures are in place to support all residents and staff. Public Health will advise when the outbreak is over.
