Between July 28 and August 7, 2025.

The Bruce County Rail Trail is undergoing surface improvements between July 28 and August 7, 2025, on a section of the trail between Bruce-Greenock North and Bruce Road 40 (between Paisley and Port Elgin). Work includes the application of aggregate material to improve trail accessibility. Trails may be temporarily closed or have restricted access at times.

The rail trail is a significant trail artery that connects several community trails through the towns of Port Elgin, Kincardine, Paisley, Walkerton and Mildmay.
