From all of us at Bruce County, we wish you a safe and happy Canada Day!

Please note the following operating hours for Canada Day. 

Support and Services: The Bruce County Administration Centre in Walkerton, the Lakeshore Hub in Port Elgin, the Peninsula Hub in Wiarton, and the Penetangore Hub in Kincardine are closed Tuesday, July 1 (Canada Day). Virtual and in-person service will be available again on Wednesday, July 2 at 8:30 a.m. 

Libraries: Bruce County Public Library Branches are closed on Tuesday, July 1 (Canada Day). Library Branches are open for regular hours on Wednesday, July 2. Online resources are available 24/7 at http://www.library.brucecounty.on.ca

Museum: The Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre is open regular hours, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Tuesday, July 1 (Canada Day). Museum Archives is open 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 1 (Canada Day).

Children’s Services: EarlyON child and family programming is closed on Tuesday, July 1 (Canada Day). Discover more about EarlyON programming, including program schedules

If you are a tenant of Bruce County Housing Corporation and have a maintenance emergency, please call 1-800-265-3022. 

For essential services, please call 211 to assist with accessing community services and support. The service is 24/7 and language interpretation is available. 

For emergencies, please call 911. For less serious incidents, report online by visiting opp.ca/reporting
