PUBLIC NOTICE THE COUNTY OF BRUCE

Intent to Declare Surplus and Convey Land to the Township of Huron-Kinloss

Pursuant to the Municipal Act 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25 and the County of Bruce’s Sale of Real Property Policy, take notice that the County of Bruce proposes to pass a by-law on May 1, 2025, to declare the property described as Part 1 on Registered Plan 3R-10967, being Part of Campbell Street/Bruce Road 86 PIN 33333-0216 (LT), adjacent to the Lucknow & District Sports Complex, as surplus to the needs of the County. The purpose is to convey the surplus land to the Township of Huron-Kinloss.
Anyone wishing to comment on the proposed by-law must contact the undersigned by 10:00 a.m. April 22, 2025, to obtain information on attending the meeting and addressing the council on May 1, 2025. The attached link provides access to a copy of the reference plan.
