Bruce County administration buildings will close on Monday, May 18, 2026. Services resume virtually and in-person on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. This includes:

• Bruce County Administration Centre, Walkerton
• Lakeshore Hub, Port Elgin
• Peninsula Hub, Wiarton
• Penetangore Hub, Kincardine

Also closed for the holiday are EarlyON Child and Family Centres. Visit the EarlyON calendar for programming details.

Bruce County Public Library 

All Branches are closed Monday, May 18, 2026.

Check your local Branch hours and access online resources available 24/7 on the Bruce County Public Library website.

Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre

The Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre is open:

• Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Sunday, May 19, 2026, from 1 to 5 p.m
• Monday, May 18, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

The Museum Archives is open:

Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 10 a.m. to noon, and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

It is closed on Sunday, May 17 and Monday, May 18, 2026.
