Notice: Increased trail activity at Brant Tract on October 3

Please expect higher-than-usual activity on and around the trails from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. due to a running event.

Trail users are advised that a running event will take place at Bruce County's Brant Tract on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. During this time, the property will remain open to the public. Visitors should plan ahead and expect higher-than-usual activity on the trails and in the parking lot. Travel times may be affected in some areas.

If you plan to visit during the event, please be patient and share the trails with race participants. To help keep everyone safe, be respectful of runners and remember that dogs must remain on a leash at all times.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
