Tenant Support

Bruce County Housing Corporation (BCHC) owns and manages 698 community housing units across Bruce County.

Our Housing Services team is here to help you succeed in your housing. Whether you’re new to your home or have lived here for a while, we’re available to offer guidance and connection to community and resources.

How we can support you:

  • Help understanding your lease and tenant rights
  • Support with rent payment or arrears
  • Referrals to community supports
  • Support in resolving issues that interfere with your housing
  • Support accessing income support, food banks, ID clinics and more

Please refer to your Tenant Handbook for information about BCHC's rules and regulations. For guidance on reporting and resolving an issue at your building, see our Right to Reasonable Enjoyment Brochure.

If you are due for your annual rent review, please complete and return these documents: Annual Rent Review Package.
