The Housing Stability Fund helps with rent arrears, utility arrears, first or last month’s rent and moving expenses.

The Westario Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) helps low-income customers with Westario arrears up to $780.
- You must be a Westario Power customer
- You must live at the address with arrears
- You must have an after-tax household income below:
- 1 Person - $38,000
- 2 Persons - $54,000
- 3 or 4 Persons - $65,000
- 5 or more Persons - $71,000
