Weight/load restrictions on Bruce County roads are lifted effective Friday, May 1, 2026, at 9 a.m.
    
Restrictions during the spring thaw protect the integrity of our road infrastructure and preserve the life span of Bruce County roads. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The weight/load restriction on County roads were originally put in place by Bruce County’s Transportation and Environment Services Department on March 1, 2026.
