On September 18, the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre will open an exhibition from the Legacy of Hope Foundation: Youth on Reconciliation. The exhibition is open to the public and runs until November 30, 2023.

Community Safety and Well-Being Planning (CSWBP) has launched a new website which will help provide the Grey-Bruce community with information concerning current areas of priority, ongoing projects, and opportunities for people to become involved.

Bruce County has begun building the 2024 Municipal Budget and is eager to hear input from the public. Participating in the 2024 Budget Survey will help shape priorities and provide feedback on value and sustainability. 

Bruce County supports the inclusion of children from low-income families in the participation of extracurricular activities, school nutrition programs, and cultural and skill building activities through the Child Activity Assistance Program (CAAP).

Please take notice that the Bruce County Administration Centre in Walkerton, the Lakeshore Hub in Port Elgin, the Peninsula Hub in Wiarton, and the Penetangore Hub in Kincardine will be closed from Saturday, September 2 to Monday, September 4 (Labour Day Long Weekend). Virtual customer service and in-person service will be available again on Tuesday, September 5 at 8:30 AM.
