Bruce County Public Library recognizes the importance of battery disposal and preventing hazardous waste from polluting our environment. They have partnered with Raw Materials Company (RMC) to offer battery collection and recycling in all 17 Branches.

Bruce County and the Saugeen Ojibway Nation (SON) have reached an out-of-court agreement, settling Bruce County’s involvement in SON’s long-standing legal action in relation to parts of the Saugeen (Bruce) Peninsula. 

Bruce County offices and remote services are closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in honour of Remembrance Day.
