This week, the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre opens registration for its new roster of upcoming spring events and exhibits taking place from March through May.

The season begins with a week of March Break Family Fun (March 13 to 17), jam packed with activities including magic, wildlife, and science shows and lots of on-floor programming and demonstrations.

The Museum’s ongoing Muse Talk Series prepares to go junior with a Disney Sing-along, hosted by opera singer and vocal coach Erin-Milley-Patey. Costumes of favourite Disney characters are encouraged.

The Break Out of the Bruce Series continues with two more trips out of the County this spring, including a visit to Stratford for the opening performance of Spamalot and to Toronto’s Royal Ontario Museum for a day of history, arts and culture.

In May, the Museum will open its doors for Teens: Creative Minds, a travelling, bilingual exhibit from the Sherbrooke Museum of Nature and Science (QC) that showcases the work of 12 young Canadians who, over the last 100 years, have taken the path of innovation with the aim of changing the world.
