• Council approved that the 2024 budget be amended to reflect the receipt of additional Canada Community Building Fund and Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund revenues, and reflect the transfer of an equivalent amount to capital infrastructure reserves. Council approved that the transfer from the Tax Stabilization Reserve to offset general operating costs be reduced by $305,000 in order to maintain the total levy increase after growth at 6.16%. Council approved that by-law 2023-047 Adopting the Budget for 2024 be repealed and a new budget by-law reflecting the recommended revisions be brought forward. Report

  • By-law 2024-003, aby-law to authorize the execution of an Integrated Technology Services Agreement with the Municipality of Kincardine.
  • By-law 2024-004, a by-law to establish fees and charges for Bruce County.
  • By-law 2024-005, a by-law to authorize the execution of an Amendment to the Emergency Response Agreement between Bruce County and the Canadian Red Cross Society.
  • By-law 2024-006, a by-law to authorize the execution of an Amending Agreement between Bruce County and Automotive Materials Stewardship Inc. for the Municipal & First Nations Automotive Materials Services Agreement.
  • By-law 2024-007, a by-law to authorize the execution of an Amending Agreement between Bruce County and Call2Recycle Canada, Inc. for the Consumer Battery Collection Program.
  • By-law 2024-008, a by-law to authorize the execution of an Agreement between Bruce County and Product Care Association of Canada.
